The following list provides links to governing documents for the WAC Clearinghouse's status as a 501(c)(3) organization. Effective July 2024, the Clearinghouse is registered with the Colorado Department of State as a nonprofit business corporation. Effective August 15, 2024, the Clearinghouse was approved as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Federal government.
